Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

1. Service Scope and Definitions

Nashional Operations Group LLC (the "Company") provides specialized medical courier logistics and strategic business consulting services to healthcare providers and related commercial entities. Logistics services encompass the transport of medical specimens, pharmaceuticals, supplies, and sensitive documentation. Consulting services involve operational audits, supply chain optimization, and data-driven management strategy targeted at increasing organizational efficiency.

2. Medical Handling Protocols and Compliance

The Company operates in strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines regarding Protected Health Information (PHI) and OSHA standards for the transport of biohazardous materials. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring all medical specimens and sensitive items are packaged in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations, including the use of leak-proof secondary containment and appropriate biohazard labeling where required. The Company reserves the right to refuse the transport of any package deemed improperly secured or non-compliant with safety standards.

3. Limitation of Liability and Insurance

While the Company employs rigorous tracking and secure transport protocols, our liability for delayed, lost, or damaged shipments is strictly limited to the actual cost of the courier service provided, unless a higher value is declared and insured in writing prior to pickup. Nashional Operations Group LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of clinical data, missed diagnostic windows, or business interruption. Clients are encouraged to maintain independent professional liability and cargo insurance appropriate for their specific industry needs.

4. Payment Protocols and Fee Structures

Logistics and consulting engagement fees are invoiced electronically and are due net fifteen (15) days from the date of issuance, unless a custom master service agreement (MSA) specifies alternative terms. Late payments are subject to a standard 1.5% monthly interest charge. The Company reserves the right to suspend recurring routes or active consulting projects for any account that exceeds thirty (30) days past due. Custom rush delivery requests and unscheduled consulting support may incur additional premium surcharges.

5. Privacy Practices and Data Protection

Nashional Operations Group LLC is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of all client and patient data. We collect only the minimum necessary information required to facilitate delivery routing, billing compliance, and strategic consulting analysis. This data may include corporate contact information, routing schedules, and de-identified patient identifiers where necessary for chain-of-custody documentation.
